1. Purpose and Scope
This Warranty Policy explains the warranty support available for eligible EnviroTech products purchased from the official website or authorized sales channels. It is intended for use on the EnviroTech website and applies to consumer purchases unless a separate written agreement is provided. Covered products may include Olivia 300, Olivia 700, Aeroroz, and eligible accessories or replacement filters where specifically stated on the product page or invoice.
2. Warranty Period
Standard warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase or invoice date, whichever is earlier as recorded by EnviroTech.
Registration: Customers are encouraged to complete warranty registration using the details requested by EnviroTech, including name, contact information, product model, order number, purchase date, city, and product serial number or MID number.
Proof of purchase: A valid invoice, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Non-transferable: The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless approved in writing by EnviroTech.
3. What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that affect normal product operation.
- Functional faults in covered internal parts arising under normal domestic use during the warranty period.
- Defects identified after installation or first use, provided the product was used according to the user manual and care instructions.
- Approved warranty remedies may include inspection, troubleshooting, repair, part replacement, or product replacement at EnviroTech discretion.
4. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, negligence, accidents, impact, liquid exposure, fire, pest infestation, unauthorized opening, unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, incorrect power supply, voltage fluctuation, power surge, use with incompatible accessories, or failure to follow the product manual.
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, dents, fading, discoloration, stains, packaging damage, or minor appearance variations that do not affect product function.
- Consumable items, filters, and accessories unless the item is defective on arrival or specifically covered in writing.
- Damage occurring during customer handling after delivery, relocation, shipping by the customer, or use outside the intended environment.
- Commercial, industrial, rental, outdoor, or high-intensity use unless the product page or written agreement expressly allows such use.
- Products with missing, altered, removed, or unreadable serial number, MID number, barcode, invoice details, or warranty registration data.
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including loss of use, loss of business, loss of data, or inconvenience.
5. Warranty Claim Process
- 1Contact EnviroTech support by email or phone with the product model, order number, invoice, purchase date, serial/MID number, delivery address, and a clear description of the issue.
- 2Share photos, videos, or troubleshooting details requested by the support team. Claims may be delayed if required information is incomplete.
- 3Allow EnviroTech to verify the issue remotely or through inspection. The customer may be asked to follow basic troubleshooting steps before approval.
- 4If the claim is approved, EnviroTech will decide whether repair, part replacement, product replacement, or another suitable solution is appropriate.
- 5If the claim is rejected, EnviroTech will explain the reason where practicable and may offer paid service, replacement parts, or other support options if available.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Use and maintain the product as instructed in the product manual and on the website.
- Keep the invoice, order number, serial/MID number, packaging details, and warranty registration confirmation for future reference.
- Provide accurate claim information and cooperate with verification, troubleshooting, pickup, inspection, or service scheduling.
- Ensure the product is clean, safely packed, and accessible for pickup or service when requested.
- Back up or remove any personal items or attachments before handing over the product for service, where applicable.
7. Repair, Replacement, and Parts
- Replacement parts may be new, refurbished, equivalent, or functionally comparable, depending on availability.
- A replaced product or part becomes the property of EnviroTech, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
- Product replacement does not restart the warranty period. The replacement product will be covered for the remaining original warranty period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- If the same product model is unavailable, EnviroTech may offer a comparable model or another commercially reasonable solution.
8. Service Timelines and Availability
EnviroTech will make reasonable efforts to process valid warranty claims promptly. Timelines may vary depending on location, service availability, parts availability, courier operations, verification requirements, or other operational factors outside EnviroTech control.
9. Fees and Charges
Approved warranty repairs or replacements for covered defects will not be charged to the customer, except where exclusions apply.
Inspection, shipping, pickup, handling, repair, or replacement charges may apply if the issue is outside warranty coverage, caused by customer misuse, or found to be non-defective after inspection.
Any paid service quotation should be approved by the customer before chargeable work is performed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EnviroTech liability under this Warranty Policy is limited to repair, replacement, or the amount paid for the product. EnviroTech is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from product use, inability to use the product, service delays, or claim processing.
